The Enamel Pin Badges are manufactured from Brass or Copper based non ferrous metals meaning that our badges will not rust or deteriorate.

• The Dies and Tools are hand cut to provide the origination for manufacturing the badges.
• The metal is then stamped and clipped to form the design and shape of our badges.
• Fittings are then added, either soldered by hand or by welding to form a long lasting join.
• The vitreous enamel is then added to the badge by hand, one colour at a time and either hand or furnace fired to form a hard smooth glass finish, that is both durable and bright.
• Finally the badge is high gloss polished and a choice of finishes can be applied.

Finishes available are Gold, Silver, Chrome, Rhodium, Nickel and a variety of antique finishes such as Silver Oxydised, Copper, Bronze etc.

All products can also be produced in Hallmarked 9ct Gold or Silver for special occasions or presentations.
